Cascade Stream Solutions’ founding principal, Joey Howard, has 21 years of experience working in natural and impaired watersheds. He has worked with State and Federal resource agencies, resource conservation districts, nonprofits, and local water users to improve and protect aquatic resources. His services for these clients included field survey and monitoring; fluvial geomorphic assessments, hydrologic and hydraulic studies; fish passage and screen design; restoration design; and irrigation design. He is an effective communicator who works well with both resource managers and scientists, local ranchers and farmers, and resource conservation districts.
